Conflict coaching is a great way to work with a mediator to create plans and processes centered around how YOU deal with conflict and what actions you will take to try to repair the situation. Most people run from disagreements; conflict coaching gives you the tools to deal with it.
Conflict Consulting sessions can be customized to your needs. You have the option of phone, video conferencing or in person sessions.
