Facilitated Conversations

Are you dreading a difficult conversation because it might get out of control, or do you know that you need some help expressing your perspectives and hearing the other side?  A facilitated conversation creates a structured, and fair environment that allows both sides to gain better understanding and start talking solutions.

With a trained mediator facilitating, a difficult conversation becomes productive.  You are in control of decisions made, but you’ve got somewhat of a referee to keep the conversation focused.

Great for:

  • Small businesses
  • Family disagreements
  • Friendships that need to clear the air
  • Estate planning conversations
  • Elder care disagreements
  • Co-workers who don’t need a full-scale mediation
  • Dealing with dissatisfied customers

One on One Conflict Consulting/Coaching

Conflict coaching is a great way to work with a mediator to create plans and processes centered around how YOU deal with conflict and what actions you will take to try to repair the situation.  Most people run from disagreements; conflict coaching gives you the tools to deal with it.

Conflict Consulting sessions  can be customized to your needs.  You have the option of phone, video conferencing or in person sessions.

Now offering Walk and Talk sessions.  Walking can be a great way to get your mind clear and thinking forward.  Walks With Walter sessions include walking and talking but with the calming, and sometimes goofy addition of greyhound Walter.

Great for:

  • Separation or divorce
  • Planning difficult conversations with a sounding board
  • Managing conflict from your end
  • Workplace disputes
  • Family disagreements where you aren’t ready for a face to face conversation
Sarah Turl Mediator

Mediation is an effective way of resolving disputes, using an independent third party who helps both sides come to a practical agreement. The structure of a mediation session can be helpful to open up new solutions.

Mediation is voluntary and no decisions are made without agreement from both sides.  YOU are in control of the outcome; Empowered Results creates the structured conversation to get you there.

Great for:

  • Workplace disputes
